The verandah outside our room offered a serene view of the mountains, tress and of course, the mighty Ganges.
The waves in the river are from small rapids.
Negative scanned in Epson scanner - no crop or PP except for light adjustments.

Taken from the rooftop restaurant The Pearl of the Orient at Hotel Ambassador.
This was a difficult shot as the light varied from one corner to the other. Reflections from the window glass was another hitch.
The farthest point is where the state Governor has his residence followed by residential area known as Malbar Hill. The stretch of beach is Girgaum Chowpatty, near my house and from where I've shot many pictures. On the right side is another residential area known as Marine drive. In the early days the road lights had gas lamps and was known as the Queen's necklace.
