Hershy > The Taj Mahal hotel was one of the main targets in the terrorist attacks in Mumbai which ended on 29th November after three horrifying days. This old icon of our city has 6 floors while the connecting new wing, The Tower is 22 story high. Work is going on to restore it to its old glory and heavy security keeps people away from the site. The picture shows the side with the damaged upper floors. At the back one can see the top floors of the new wing which had also sustained fires.
