For the cocktail-dinner evening, guests were taken in boats to the Naga Village. Just before landing they were welcomed by the 'Naga tribals' with lit torches. Suresh Menon started off with his light banter and 'interviewed' the two families. Shripal's beautiful and sensitive video titled 'Ami my friend' touched everyone's hearts.

The star of the evening was Song Nigam who sang and danced for nearly two & half hours before a drizzle stopped him. Another 'star' was Vini who ventured on to the stage and danced with him, something he doesn't allow as a rule!

After him DJ Akhtar took over and kept many people on their feet till wee hours of the morning. Colourful decor, fantastic fireworks and delicious food made for a prefect evening. What a memorable evening!
